About Me
Education has always been at the heart of who I am. Growing up in a family of educators, I learned early on the power of learning and the opportunities it can create.
I bring nearly a decade of experience as an educator, specializing in supporting neurodiverse learners and families from underserved communities. I hold a Master of Education in Counseling and am a National Certified Counselor. Over the years, I’ve worked as a middle school teacher, special education teacher, and school counselor, giving me a deep understanding of the challenges students face, both inside and outside the classroom.
Most recently, I served as a Senior Coach providing personalized 1:1 executive function coaching for adults and students. Many of the adults I coached are corporate employees, and I provided training for their managers and worked closely with the company's accommodations teams. My work with adults and students focused on developing tailored strategies and tools to help people do their best work and reach their goals.
My background as an educator strengthened my passion for supporting individuals with disabilities, while my counseling experience taught me the importance of listening with empathy and providing goal-focused, personalized support. As a Senior Coach, I helped clients cultivate a growth mindset, recognize their strengths, and build self-advocacy skills, empowering them to succeed in school, work, and life.
Now, I’m excited to bring these skills to my own coaching practice. My work combines expertise in:
-
Executive function and cognitive skills coaching
-
Neurodiversity inclusion
-
Goal tracking and progress measurement
-
Program and curriculum development
-
Mental health support
My mission is simple: to help students and individuals unlock their potential with practical strategies, compassionate support, and tools that last a lifetime.
